The Hotel Alay has the perfect situation right in the heart of the Port of Benalmadena with its fantastic atmosphere of shops, bars, restaurants and disco’s it’s the ideal place for people of all ages. You can walk from the hotel on the promenade all the way to Torremolinos for a nice evening stroll and take a drink in the many beachside bars. There is also the Tivoli fun park within easy reach along with many golf courses a casino and a selection of water sports.
Accommodation
Each room is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a private bathroom with shower, individual air conditioning, direct dial telephone, safety deposit boxes (local charge), hairdryer, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. During the winter season there is heating.
Facilities & Services
There is a buffet restaurant with a variety of dishes on offer. The bar American in the heart of the hotel is open every night from 17.30 until 01.00 and offers a resident pianist every night except Sundays. During the summer months there are two swimming pool areas, the first is situated in the hotel gardens and is tree lined and has both childrens and adult pools along with a pool bar that serves drinks and snacks from 10.30 – 19.00 (this area is closed in the winter months from mid Oct until mid April). At the front of the hotel there is another pool that is open all year round and is heated in the winter months, there is a very nice garden area beside the pool that is a sunbathing terrace and is ideal for quiet private sunbathing, along side this pool there is also a pool bar open from 10.30 until 17.30 which serves a full snacks and drinks menu and you can take your snacks onto the pool side terrace. Other facilities include car parking free for clients and hair dresser. There is also a tennis court and a TV lounge with a reading room and card tables with full internet facilities.
