Alhaurin Golf
Alhaurin Golf is a Seve Ballesteros designed par 72 course in a very natural and hilly location overlloking the Mijas mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, just above Fuengirola, mid-way between Malaga and Marbella.
The design is composed of five par 3´s, five par 5´s and 8 par 4´s, all of them well differentiated, providing a very balanced and entertaining golf course. Signature hole is par five dog leg right hole number 6, simply amazing from the tee to the green.
Alhaurin Golf is a challenge to all golfers that deserves to played more than once. Alhaurin Golf also features a superb practising area including a 9 holes par 3 course, magnificent Club House and a 4 star hotel. Pricing policy is very reasonable. Every golf should play Alhaurin Golf at least once to realise how great course designs can be.
The clubhouse over looks the 1st and 18th holes and provides visitors with buggies, handcarts and club rentals. The club has both driving and practice ranges and a Golf School where private 5 day or weekend courses as well as lessons can be arranged. The Clubhouse facilities at Alhaurin Golf also include a well stocked Pro. Shop, comfortable bar and the La Ventilla restaurant which serves a broad range of delicious Andalucian cuisine.
The Alhaurin Golf Hotel is a small cosy affair with just under 40 rooms. Facilities include swimming pool, sauna, bar and terraces, cafeteria, bar-b-q and tennis as well as an adjoining equestrian centre, which offers trekking and lessons for all levels of rider.
