Booking Your Holiday
You can make your reservation by telephone or email, stating your requirements. Once you have accepted our quotation and we have reserved your accommodation and tee times, we would then require your deposit. This is normally 25% of the total amount due.

Balance of Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Changes to Your Booking

We reserve the right to change your accommodation if it should become necessary. We will endeavor to find accommodation in a similar location and of equivalent or upgraded standard.

Should it become necessary to cancel a booking through circumstances beyond our control, the client will receive a full refund and no liability will be accepted.

Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations must be put in writing as soon as possible. The following charges will apply:-

9 Weeks prior to arrival – 100% refund for individual cancellations.
In the event of a full group booking a fee of 25 Euros per person will be charged.
6 – 8 Weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total costs (except groups of 20+ 100% of total costs).
6 Weeks or less prior to arrival – 100% of total costs.

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients have adequate insurance for the duration of their stay. This should cover you if you have to cancel your holiday, or for any accidents or loss incurred whilst you are away.

Handicap Certificates

We recommend that all golfers are in possession of their handicap certificates as some courses may ask you to produce them.

Circumstances beyond our control

Elite Golf Services accept no responsibility or liability, for loss, damage or cancellations caused by War, Terrorist acts, Riots, Industrial disputes, fire, Natural Disaster or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you experience any problems during your stay, contact us immediately and we will endeavor to assist and rectify any problem as soon as possible.

Pricing

Elite Golf Services accept no responsibility for any changes to Taxes or VAT or any other government charges.

At the time of going to print all information and descriptions are correct. On occasions Hotel and property owners make changes without informing us, and some rooms may vary, we accept no liability should this occur.

A security deposit may be requested against damages, breakages and telephone usage in rental properties. Deposits will be returned on departure providing the said property is left in a satisfactory condition. If the costs of damage or breakages exceed the deposit retained, the client will be liable for any outstanding costs incurred. The client will be notified in writing and will be required to pay within 28 days.

Weather and Course Conditions

Elite Golf Services cannot be held responsible for Golf Course closure due to adverse weather conditions. It is at the discretion of the Golf Course whether the course remains open or closed. If the course is closed prior to playing a full refund will be granted. If the course becomes closed during play it is at the discretion of the Golf Course to issue a Rain Voucher depending on how many holes played. If the Course remains open and deemed playable no refund will be given if play is not completed.

We do our utmost to find out all Course maintenance schedules, however Courses have the right to do last minute maintenance which is beyond our control, therefore we are not held responsible for any maintenance work carried out at short notice.
